Through participation in team sports and athletic activities, our students develop an awareness of their bodies and how they function, as well as an understanding of the connection between a healthy body and a clear mind. Modeling world-class athletes, they come to understand how to utilize nutrition, technique, technology, and practice to enhance physical and mental performance. Athletics also offers valuable opportunities to learn and master new skills through perseverance-—skills that can be directly applied in new situations throughout life.
